Here is an easy Gol Gappay ( Pani Puri ) Recipe
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Semolina
1/2 tsp salt
1 warm cup of water
Mix all dry ingredients and then add water little by little to make dough. Dough should be tough consistent. Leave it covered for 15 minutes. Then roll out the dough and make small circles and fry them. Oil should be hot so they puff .
